The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

प्राप्तो दशसहस्राणि योजनानां महामहीम् ।
सौवर्णीं सुरसंचारसरणिं मृतवानसौ ॥ २३ ॥
prāpto daśasahasrāṇi yojanānāṃ mahāmahīm |
sauvarṇīṃ surasaṃcārasaraṇiṃ mṛtavānasau || 23 ||
He next arrived [at] a spot of solid gold, which was the haunt of gods, and stretched to ten thousand yojanas, and here he met with his end.
