The Garga-samhita Verse 3.8.3, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 8 (The Opulences of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

यथा सर्व-गतं ब्रह्म
सर्वाङ्गानि च तस्य वै
विभूतेर् भवतः शश्वत्
तथा वक्ष्यामि मानद

yathā sarva-gataṃ brahma
sarvāṅgāni ca tasya vai
vibhūter bhavataḥ śaśvat
tathā vakṣyāmi mānada

yathā—as; sarva-gatam—all-pervading; brahmaBrahman; sarvāṅgāni—all limbs; ca—and; tasya—of it; vai—indeed; vibhūteḥ—of thr opulence; bhavataḥ—being so; śaśvatdirectly; tathā—so; vakṣyāmi—I will tell; mānadaO noble one.

English translation of verse 3.8.3:

As Brahman is present everywhere, so the opulences of the Lord are always present on all the limbs of Govardhana Hill. O noble one, I will now describe them to you.
