Source: Google Books: ManthanabhairavatantramSiddhāvatāraṇa (सिद्धावतारण) refers to a “descent of Siddhas”, according to the Ādisūtra section of the Kularatnoddyota, one of the earliest Kubjikā Tantras.—Accordingly, [verse 13.35-40]: “[...] Now, after this, Vṛkṣanātha himself will again certainly establish manifold authority in the fifth sacred seat after going there. There will again be a descent of Siddhas (siddhāvatāraṇa) divided into (groups of) nine and sixteen. Once this has taken place, he will again attain Flight by the Command of Mitreśvara. [...]”.
