Abhraka Bhasma 100 mg. General weakness, respiratory ailments, restlessness, anaemia. 120 to 360 mg
For 5 to 10 years – 120 mg.
For 11 to 25 years – 360 mg. To be taken in the morning and evening with honey or as directed by the
physician. Light and easily digestible food. Jaggery, Chillies, Pulses, Sour substances like Imli, Curd, Tomatoes etc. To be taken under medical supervision.
