ताभ्यामपरा भूमयोऽवस्थिताः ॥ ३.२८ ॥
tābhyāmaparā bhūmayo'vasthitāḥ || 3.28 ||

Hindi Anvayarth:
अन्वयार्थ: भरत और ऐरावत क्षेत्र को छोड़कर दूसरे क्षेत्रों में एक ही अवस्था रहती है-उनमें काल का परिवर्तन नहीं होता।
Anvayartha: bharata aura airavata kshetra ko choda़kara dusare kshetrom mem eka hi avastha rahati hai-unamem kala ka parivartana nahim hota |

What is the nature of the other regions?
The regions other than Bharata and Airāvata have stable states or conditions. In those regions there are no ascending or descending half-cycles of time.
Do human beings in those regions have the same duration of life or are there differences?
