Sri Prasanna Varadarajaswamy Perumal Temple

This temple at Morapakkam village is dedicated to Sri Maha Vishnu was built a boy 500 years ago. Some stone inscriptions are found in this temple. It occupies an area of about 50 cents. The priest performs pooja daily. The jewels are worthy.. Paddy is obtained from the temple lands from which the expenditure of the temple is met. It owns wooden Garuda and Horse vahanas which were made fifty years back. Panguni Uthiram and Navarathri Uthsavam are celebrated every year. A Board of trustees manages its affairs.[1]
