4g. Rudra in the Bauḍhyavihāra ceremony

A ceremony called Bauḍhyavihāra is related to Rudra. This is a ceremony of distribution of palāśa leaves (bauḍhya). This ceremony is performed for propitiating Rudra and his hosts and for turning away the evil things from the cattle and the fields. It is a forming part of the Śūlagava.[1]
