संसारबन्धविच्छित्त्यै तद्द्वयं प्रदहेद्यतिः ।
वासनावृद्धिरेताभ्यां चिन्तया क्रियया बहिः ॥ ३१४ ॥

saṃsārabandhavicchittyai taddvayaṃ pradahedyatiḥ |
vāsanāvṛddhiretābhyāṃ cintayā kriyayā bahiḥ || 314 ||

314. For the sake of breaking the chain of transmigration, the Sannyasin should burn to ashes those two; for thinking of the sense-objects and doing selfish acts lead to an increase of desires.
