Verse 3.6.27
Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration and English translation of verse 3.6.27:
न शक्तीनां तथा भेदो यथा शक्तिमतां स्थितिः ।
न च लौकिकमेकत्वं तासामात्मसु विद्यते ॥ २७ ॥na śaktīnāṃ tathā bhedo yathā śaktimatāṃ sthitiḥ |
na ca laukikamekatvaṃ tāsāmātmasu vidyate || 27 ||27. There is not the same difference between the powers as between objects having power. Nor is there any worldly unity in their nature.
Commentary
It is now stated that unity and multiplicity cannot be predicated of Power.

[Objects having power can be cognised as something distinct. But powers which can only appear as resting and dependent upon their substrata, do not appear as distinct from one another, nor from their substrata. Powers are really indefinable.]
