Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration and English translation of verse 1.114:
अन्तःकरणतत्त्वस्य वायुराश्रयतां गतः ।
तद्धर्मेण समाविष्टस्तेजसैव विवर्तते ॥ ११४ ॥antaḥkaraṇatattvasya vāyurāśrayatāṃ gataḥ |
taddharmeṇa samāviṣṭastejasaiva vivartate || 114 ||114. Air becomes the substratum of the mind and becomes coloured by the qualities of the latter and is transformed by the inner heat.1

1. The Self becomes the mind of which the air becomes the substratum. The air becomes impregnated with the attributes of the mind and becomes the word.
