Sanskrit text and transliteration:

वेदार्थविषया बुद्धिर्विज्ञानं निश्चयात्मकम् ।
ज्ञानकर्माभिनिर्वृत्त आनन्दः फललक्षणः ॥ २३९ ॥

vedārthaviṣayā buddhirvijñānaṃ niścayātmakam |
jñānakarmābhinirvṛtta ānandaḥ phalalakṣaṇaḥ || 239 ||

English translation of verse 2.239:

The intellect which knows the content of the Veda is called vijñāna which is decisive by its very nature. Bliss which results from knowledge and action is the fruit.

Notes:

Vijñāna is that aspect of the internal organ which gives rise to all abstract, undifferentiated knowledge (nirvikalpaka-jñānotpādana-śakti-madantaḥkaraṇaṃ vijñānam). The knowledge ascertained through vijñāna is decisive. The truths embodied in the Vedas are ascertained through the internal organ in its aspect called vijñāna or buddhi.

Ānanda is the Avyākṛta, the ultimate cause of all.
