नित्यं न भवनं यस्य यस्य वा नित्यभूतता ।
न तस्य क्रियमाणत्वं खपुष्पाकाशयोरिव ॥ १५ ॥

nityaṃ na bhavanaṃ yasya yasya vā nityabhūtatā |
na tasya kriyamāṇatvaṃ khapuṣpākāśayoriva || 15 ||

English translation of verse 2.15:

That which never comes into existence like the skyflower or that which is ever-existent like ether can never be produced by an act.
