Rig Veda 9.101.13

प्र सु॑न्वा॒नस्यान्ध॑सो॒ मर्तो॒ न वृ॑त॒ तद्वच॑: । अप॒ श्वान॑मरा॒धसं॑ ह॒ता म॒खं न भृग॑वः ॥
प्र सुन्वानस्यान्धसो मर्तो न वृत तद्वचः । अप श्वानमराधसं हता मखं न भृगवः ॥
pra sunvānasyāndhaso marto na vṛta tad vacaḥ | apa śvānam arādhasaṃ hatā makhaṃ na bhṛgavaḥ ||

English translation:

“Let no mortal hear the sound of the effused Soma; drive off the dog that sacrifices not as the Bhṛgus drove off Makha.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Let no mortal: 'No death-giving, i.e., rite-obstructing dog';
