Rig Veda 4.46.1

अग्रं॑ पिबा॒ मधू॑नां सु॒तं वा॑यो॒ दिवि॑ष्टिषु । त्वं हि पू॑र्व॒पा असि॑ ॥
अग्रं पिबा मधूनां सुतं वायो दिविष्टिषु । त्वं हि पूर्वपा असि ॥
agram pibā madhūnāṃ sutaṃ vāyo diviṣṭiṣu | tvaṃ hi pūrvapā asi ||

English translation:

“Drink first, Vāyu, the effused libation of the Soma at the rites that secure heaven, for you verily are the first drinker.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Drink first, pūrva pā: deva dadhiṣe pūrvapeyam (RV. 7.92.1); prathamaḥ pibeyam (Aitareya Brāhmaṇa 2.25)
