The Sanskrit text of the Panchasayaka, a Sanskrit text in five parts dealing the ancient Indian science of erotics (i.e., Kamashastra) from the 13th century. It was written by Jyotirishwar Thakur (also: Kavisekharacarya Jyotirisvara Thakura). Alternative titles: Pañcasāyaka (पञ्चसायक, Pancasayaka) Pañca-sāyaka (पञ्च-सायक, Pancha-sayaka).

प्रातर्विनिद्रवदनस्मरभारचौरो निद्रालसोऽलसगतिर्नखविक्षताङ्गः ।
यस्याः प्रयात्यभिमुखं मुहुशो युवत्याः सा खण्डितेति कथिता कविभिः पुराणैः ॥ ३७ ॥

prātarvinidravadanasmarabhāracauro nidrālaso'lasagatirnakhavikṣatāṅgaḥ |
yasyāḥ prayātyabhimukhaṃ muhuśo yuvatyāḥ sā khaṇḍiteti kathitā kavibhiḥ purāṇaiḥ || 37 ||

In the morning, his face was asleep, and his body was burdened with lust. Learned men in the Purāṇas have described a young woman who repeatedly approaches him as a broken woman.
