oṃ cāmuṇḍe jaya cāmuṇḍe mohaya amukīṃ vaśamānaya svāhā iti mantraḥ |
asya mantrasya japa ekalakṣamitaḥ, palāśakusumairhomaḥ daśāṃśaṃ, sarvaṃ vāmahastena kartavyam |

śyāmā piṅgalamūrdhajā bhayakarī śārdūlacarmāmbarā cāmuṇḍā śavavāhinī japavidhau dhyeyā sadā sādhakaiḥ || 63 ||

Note! The following is not a translation of the above verse, but merely an arbitrary extract of the English text.

The mantra is 'Om Cāmuṇḍe Jaya Cāmuṇḍe, bewitch and bring this one under your control. One lakh of chanting of this mantra, one tenth of the homa with lotus flowers, should be done with the left hand. Then meditate on the goddess Cāmuṇḍā, whose beautiful face is covered with crores of fangs and who is standing in the darkness. The dark-haired goddess with yellow hair is frightening and dressed in tiger skin.
