This is verse 3.17 of the Jnaneshwari (Bhavartha-Dipika), the English translation of 13th-century Marathi commentary on the Bhagavad-Gita.—The Dnyaneshwari (Jnaneshwari) brings to light the deeper meaning of the Gita which represents the essence of the Vedic Religion. This is verse 17 of the chapter called Karma-yoga.

Verse 3.17:He, contrariwise, whose delight is (only) in the Self—who is content with his Self, and who remains satisfied only within his own Self—to him there exists no urge for action. (146)

Commentary called Jnaneshwari by Jnaneshwar:

Note that he alone is free from the pollution of action, who ever abides in the blissful knowledge of the highest Self while living in the bodily life. For he is free from all attachment for action, dwelling as he does now in the eternal blissful intuition of the Self, and having nothing else to do in his life.
