The Garga-samhita Verse 6.21.19, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 21 (In the Description of the Third Fort, the Glories of Pindaraka-tirtha) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

मत्त-कुञ्जर-कर्णाभ्यां
ताडिता भृण्ग-मण्डली
अलण्करोति तद्-द्वारं
मण्डितं मण्डलेश्वरैः

matta-kuñjara-karṇābhyāṃ
tāḍitā bhṛṇga-maṇḍalī
alaṇkaroti tad-dvāraṃ
maṇḍitaṃ maṇḍaleśvaraiḥ

matta-kuñjara-karṇābhyām—by the ears of maddened elephants; tāḍitā—struck; bhṛṇga-maṇḍalīthe bees; alaṇkaroti—decorates; tad-dvāram—his door; maṇḍitam—decorated; maṇḍaleśvaraiḥ—with regal attendants.

English translation of verse 6.21.19:

The entrance to his palace is decorated with regal attendants and with swarms of bees struck by the ears of intoxicated elephants.
