The Garga-samhita Verse 5.19.12, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 5 of Chapter 19 (The Festival on Shri Krishna Return) of Canto 5 (mathura-khanda).

श्री-नारद उवाच
इत्थं विचार्य मनसा
गोपाः सर्वे समागताः
ददृशुर् माधवं मित्रं
गतं वस्तु यथा जनाः

śrī-nārada uvāca
itthaṃ vicārya manasā
gopāḥ sarve samāgatāḥ
dadṛśur mādhavaṃ mitraṃ
gataṃ vastu yathā janāḥ

śrī-nārada uvāca—Śrī Nārada said; ittham—thus; vicāryaconsidering; manasāwith the mind; gopāḥ—teh gopas; sarve—all; samāgatāḥ—cane; dadṛśuḥ—saw; mādhavam—Kṛṣṇa; mitram—friend; gatam—come; vastuin truth; yathā—as; janāḥ—the people.

English translation of verse 5.19.12:

Śrī Nārada said: Thinking in this way, all the gopas went and saw their friend Kṛṣṇa. They gazed on Him as people who have suddenly realized the truth.
