बर्हिष्मती-पुर्-अन्ध्र्यो या
जाता जाति-स्मराः पराः
तथान्याप्सरसो ऽभूवन्

barhiṣmatī-pur-andhryo yā
jātā jāti-smarāḥ parāḥ
tathānyāpsaraso 'bhūvan

वरान् नारायणस्य च

varān nārāyaṇasya ca

barhiṣmatī-pur-andhryaḥ—the girls of Bharismati-pura; yā—who; jātāborn; jāti-smarāḥ—remembering their previous birth; parāḥothers; tathā—so; anyāothers; apsarasaḥapsaras; abhūvan—becasme; varān—by the benediction; nārāyaṇasya—of Lord Nārāyaṇa; ca—and.

English translation of verse 4.15.3:

Some had been the women of Barhiṣmatī-pura. They remembered their previous birth. Others had been apsarās and became gopī by the blessings of Nārāyaṇa Ṛṣi
