The Garga-samhita Verse 2.25.21, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 25 (The Rasa-dance Pastime) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

द्वाव् ऊचतुः
कृष्ण कृष्ण महा-योगिन्
देव-देव जगत्-पते
पुण्डरीकाक्ष गोविन्द
गरुड-ध्वज ते नामः

dvāv ūcatuḥ
kṛṣṇa kṛṣṇa mahā-yogin
deva-deva jagat-pate
puṇḍarīkākṣa govinda
garuḍa-dhvaja te nāmaḥ

dvau ūcatuḥ—the two said; kṛṣṇaO Kṛṣṇa; kṛṣṇa—O Kṛṣṇa; mahā-yoginO great yogi; deva-devaO master of the demiogds; jagat-pateO master of the universes; puṇḍarīkalotus; akṣaeyes; govindaO Govinda; garuḍa-dhvajawho holds the flag of Garuḍa; te—to You; nāmaḥ—obeisances.

English translation of verse 2.25.21:

The two of them said: O Kṛṣṇa, O Kṛṣṇa, O great yogī, O master of the demigods, O Lord of the universes, O lotus-eyed one, O Govinda, O Lord who carries a flag with the emblem of Garuḍa, obeisances to You!
