The Garga-samhita Verse 2.21.32, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. श्री-नारद उवाच
इति वाक्यं ततः श्रुत्वा
श्री-कृष्णो राधिकेश्वरः
पीताम्बरेण दिव्येन
वायुं तस्यै चकार ह

śrī-nārada uvāca
iti vākyaṃ tataḥ śrutvā
śrī-kṛṣṇo rādhikeśvaraḥ
pītāmbareṇa divyena
vāyuṃ tasyai cakāra ha

śrī-nāradaḥ uvāca—Śrī Nārada said; iti—thus; vākyam—words; tataḥthen; śrutvāhearing; śrī-kṛṣṇaḥŚrī Kṛṣṇa; rādhikeśvaraḥ—the master of Rādhā; pītāmbareṇa—with His yellow garments; divyena—transcendental; vāyum—a breeze; tasyai—to Her; cakāradid; ha—indeed;

English translation of verse 2.21.32:

Hearing these words, Śrī Kṛṣṇa, the master of Rādhā, made for Her a breeze by fanning Her with His yellow garments.
