अद्यैव त्वां हन्मि दुष्ट-
क्षत्रियं वीर-मानिनम्
मत्-समीपे धनुर् इदं
लक्ष-भार-समं महत्
adyaiva tvāṃ hanmi duṣṭa-
kṣatriyaṃ vīra-māninam
mat-samīpe dhanur idaṃ
lakṣa-bhāra-samaṃ mahat
adya—today; eva—indeed; tvām—you; hanmi—I will kill; duṣṭa—wicked; kṣatriyam—kṣatriya; vīra—strong; māninam—thinking yourself; mat-samīpe—near Me; dhanuḥ—bow; idam—this; lakṣa-bhāra-samam—as heavy as a hundred thousand bhāras; mahat—great.
English translation of verse 1.6.35:
Today I will kill you, who are a wicked kṣatriya falsely proud of his strength.
This great bow by My side weighs a hundred thousand bhāras.
