Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

[Vimarśaśakti’S Desire Causes Sṛṣṭikrama And Layakrama]

The calm ocean of pure luminance is the Ultimate Oneness state of Śiva and Śakti, where no division exists and is the Ultimate abode attained by Sādhakas in samādhi state. Vimarśa, the Prathama spandarūpa[1] is the Icchā Śakti, who causes the Śṛṣṭikrama. In the Layakrama, with the help of Kāla, Mahakalirūpa [Mahākālirūpa?], Vimarśa, consumes even Manmatha, which act represents the desire of Śakti towards Saṃhāra.
