The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.7.63, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 63 of Madhya-khanda chapter 7—“The Meeting of Gadadhara and Pundarika”.

চন্দনের ঊধ্ব-পুণ্ড্র-তিলক কপালে গন্ধের সহিত তথি ফাগু-বিন্দু মিলে ॥ ৬৩ ॥
चन्दनेर ऊध्व-पुण्ड्र-तिलक कपाले गन्धेर सहित तथि फागु-बिन्दु मिले ॥ ६३ ॥
candanera ūdhva-puṇḍra-tilaka kapāle gandhera sahita tathi phāgu-bindu mile || 63 ||
candanera udhva-pundra-tilaka kapale gandhera sahita tathi phagu-bindu mile (63)
English translation:
(63) His forehead was decorated with sandalwood paste tilaka and dots of sandalwood paste mixed with vermillion.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
The phrase phāgu-bindu refers to red dots of vermillion.

ki kahiba se vā keśabhārera saṃskāra divya-gandha āmalaki bahi nāhi āra
What can I say about the wonderful style of his hair, which was anointed with fragrant āmalakī oil?
The phrase divya-gandha āmalaki refers to herbal oil that is applied to the hair.
