This stone sculpture shows an image of Varuna or Vasudeva kamalaja from the 6th century A.D.—This image of Varuna or Vasudeva Kamalaja is shown seated in lalitasana on a makara base. Varuna is embracing the female divinity on the left side. A single row of serpent hood is shown over the head of both images.

Vasudeva kamalaja is also spelled as Vasudev, Vāsudev, Kamlaja, or Vāsudeva Kamalajā (वासुदेव कमलजा).
