Visnapayati (विस्नपयति).—(compare AMg. viṇhāvaṇaka, a bath in holy water; no other form or deriv. of vi-snā-has been found outside of a Nirukta [etymology]), bathes (trans.): visnapī (aor.) nāyakaṃ Lalitavistara 93.2 (verse); (paramasurabhigandhodaka-) kalaśair visnāpya Gaṇḍavyūha 381.20 (prose).
