Truth of the Path:—A technical term in Buddhism corresponding to the Sanskrit nirodhasatya defined in the Dharma-saṃgraha (section 100):

  1. Relating to the path (mārgata),
  2. Relating to method (nyāyata),
  3. Relating to practice (pratipattita),
  4. Relating to leading out (nairyāṇika).

The Dharma-samgraha (Dharmasangraha) is an extensive glossary of Buddhist technical terms in Sanskrit (e.g., ‘truth of the path’). The work is attributed to Nagarguna who lived around the 2nd century A.D.
