Samādhikrama (समाधिक्रम) refers to the “way to Samādhi”, according to the Gorakṣaśataka verse 63cd, 64cd-65).—Accordingly, while teaching the attainment of Samādhi through the practice of retention (kumbhaka): “Now I shall teach the best way to Samādhi (samādhikrama) [...]. Correctly assuming a posture in exactly the same way as was taught earlier, [the Yogin] should stimulate Sarasvatī and control his breath. On the first day he should perform the four kumbhakas [...]”
