Source: archive.org: Shiva Purana - English TranslationPrajñasattama (प्रज्ञसत्तम) refers to the “most excellent among intelligent people”, according to the Śivapurāṇa 2.3.9.—Accordingly, after Menā spoke to Himācala (Himavat):—“After saying this, with tears in her eyes Menā fell at the feet of her husband. Raising her, the lord of mountains, the most excellent among intelligent people [i.e., prajñasattama], made a true statement. [...]”.
