Iyakku (இயக்கு) [iyakkutal] 5 transitive verb caus. of இயங்கு-. [iyangu-.]

1. To cause to go; செலுத்துதல். தோணி யியக்குவான் [seluthuthal. thoni yiyakkuvan] (நாலடியார் [naladiyar] 136).

2. To actuate and influence the movements of, as God prompts all living beings; தொழிற்படுத்துதல். [thozhirpaduthuthal.]

3. To train or break in, as a bull or a horse; பழக்கு தல். காளையை இயக்குகிறது. [pazhakku thal. kalaiyai iyakkugirathu.] (W.)
