Source: OSU Press: Cakrasamvara SamadhiHṛdayaśodhana (हृदयशोधन) refers to “purification of the heart”, according to the Guru Mandala Worship (maṇḍalārcana) ritual often performed in combination with the Cakrasaṃvara Samādhi, which refers to the primary pūjā and sādhanā practice of Newah Mahāyāna-Vajrayāna Buddhists in Nepal.—Accordingly, “[...] Oṃ accept holy water Svāhā! To completely purifying the womb Svāhā! To immortal life Svāhā! To purifying the heart (hṛdayaśodhana) Svāhā! To purifying the body Svāhā! To washing the feet Svāhā! Accept consecration by sprinkling Svāhā! [...]”.
