Candrāmṛtasrāviṇī (चन्द्रामृतस्राविणी) refers to a variety of the Śikhariṇi curd preparation, as mentioned in the 17th century Bhojanakutūhala (dravyaguṇāguṇa-kathana), and is commonly found in literature dealing with the topics of dietetics and culinary art, also known as Pākaśāstra or Pākakalā. Śikhariṇīs [viz., Candrāmṛtasrāviṇī] are drinks prepared from curd. Raghunātha, the author of Bhojanakutūhala, discusses as the important varieties.

(Candrāmṛtasrāviṇī Ingredients): curds, sweet lime, sugar, cumin seeds, pepper, wet ginger, dry ginger, camphor, dry ginger extract, jujube (badara) and water.

(Cooking instructions): Sweet lime, sugar, cumin seeds, pepper, wet ginger, dry ginger, camphor and water must be allowed to stay overnight in curds. Equal quantities of all the liquid ingredients along with an equal measure of jujube (badara) and the liquid extract of dry ginger must be added to it. This is allowed to fall through a clean cloth to form candrāmṛtasrāviṇī.
