Source: OSU Press: Cakrasamvara SamadhiCakṣurdvaya (चक्षुर्द्वय) [=dvicakṣus?] refers to “both eyes” and is associated with the syllable deṃ, according to the Cakrasaṃvara Samādhi [i.e., Cakrasamvara Meditation] ritual often performed in combination with the Cakrasaṃvara Samādhi, which refers to the primary pūjā and sādhanā practice of Newah Mahāyāna-Vajrayāna Buddhists in Nepal.—Accordingly, “[Do caturviṃśati-aṅga nyāsa; Touch twenty-one parts of one’s body with right middle finger, and recite seed syllables] ... Deṃ on both eyes (deṃ cakṣudvayo)”.
