bhasabhasa (भसभस) [or सां, sāṃ].—ad Imit. of the sound of clouds of dust rising and whisking; of the sound of the foot &c. slipping or sinking in mud or sand. 2 By some used interchangeably with dhasadhasa or sāṃ.
