[...] The Kalingans had trade relationship not only with Java, known as Bali-Dvipa then, but also with Srilanka, Barma, China, Malaya in the east and Persia, Greece and Egypt in the west. Even women were also allowed to travel different foreign countries on the Boitas which can be found from a stone art of Bhubaneswar.
