Source: ORA: Amanaska (king of all yogas): A Critical Edition and Annotated Translation by Jason BirchĀtmacintana (आत्मचिन्तन) refers to “contemplation on the self”, according to Bodhasāra, in the section on Layayoga (p. 118, v. 3).—Accordingly, “At the beginning of sleep and the end of waking, and at the end of sleep and the onset of waking, absorption of mind occurs. In that [state], one should contemplate the self (ātmacintana)”.
