Source: academia.edu: A Study and Translation of the GaganagañjaparipṛcchāApraṇihitasamādhi (अप्रणिहितसमाधि) refers to the “concentration called ‘absence of wishful thinking’”, according to the Gaganagañjaparipṛcchā: the eighth chapter of the Mahāsaṃnipāta (a collection of Mahāyāna Buddhist Sūtras).—Accordingly, as Bodhisattva Gaganagañja explains to Bodhisattva Ratnaśrī what kind of concentration should be purified: “[...] (59) [when the Bodhisattvas attain] the concentration called ‘Absence of distinguishing marks’, all through thought-constructions, imaginings and fictions will be eliminated; (60) [when the Bodhisattvas attain] the concentration called ‘Absence of wishful thinking’ (apraṇihitasamādhi), all vows will be fulfilled; (61) [when the Bodhisattvas attain] the concentration called ‘Absence of moving’, all wavering thoughts will be overcome; [...]”.
