Bio-fortication can be enhanced by agronomic management by soil and foliar application of fertilizers. Based on the principles of drumavichitrikaranam, organic fertilizers may be formulated to stimulate bio-fortification.
Āyurveda (आयुर्वेद, ayurveda) is a branch of Indian science dealing with medicine, herbalism, taxology, anatomy, surgery, alchemy and related topics.
