(on the Sāṅkhya S. caramo haṃkāraḥ): yaḥ so haṃ karotītyahaṃkārobhimānavṛttikaḥ; or (on the Sāṅkhya S. ahaṃkāro kartā na puruṣaḥ): abhimānavṛttikamantaḥkaraṇamahaṃkāraḥ; comp. also the quotation s. v. abhimāna 1. and abhimānātmaka. E. abhimāna and vṛtti, samāsānta aff. kap.
